Innovative reinforcement needs innovative spacers. Therefore, we have thought about how you can easily and quickly use spacers for our solidian GRID reinforcement mats. The result is spacers that can be used universally – and especially for high-quality exposed concrete facades.
Every situation is different. And that’s why there are so many different spacer systems on the market. In order to keep the numerous possibilities open for you to plan spacers and supports exactly according to your situation, we recommend the product portfolio of NEVOGA GmbH. Component tests have shown that our solidian reinforcement products in combination with NEVOGA spacers allow the installation of reinforcement just as easily as you are already used to with conventional reinforcement. And if you are already working without metallic reinforcement, then please also without metallic binding material. We also offer plastic-based binding material for non-metallic reinforcement.

Our solidian SPACERS are perfectly matched to our solidian GRID and solidian ANTICRACK reinforcement meshes and their possible applications.
With one turn, the solidian SPACERS are clicked into the grid opening of the solidian GRID and solidian ANTICRACK.
With the patented solidian SPACERS we simplify the application for normal applications up to high quality filigree exposed concrete, e.g. for curtain walls, where a perfect concrete surface and appearance are required. The small contact area and the translucent contact pin of our spacers ensure an optimal result for exposed concrete surfaces. The highlight: with colored fair-faced concretes, the translucent contact pin of our spacer appears in the color of the surrounding concrete.
solidian TIES are our plastic-based binders that ensure that no rust plumes occur on the concrete surface due to the use of binding wires when binding reinforcing mats and rebars. By using conventional binding wire, you run the risk of promoting near-surface rust stains. In addition, we do not recommend using metallic binders in combination with carbon fiber-reinforced plastics, as contact corrosion may occur in the connection.

solidian TIES are the preferred solution in binding reinforcement mats and bars made of carbon and glass fiber material. For quick binding of reinforcement mats such as the solidian GRID or solidian ANTICRACK we recommend the NEVOGA spring ball clip (in the picture in the version without fiber cement foot). The mats are held together at the overlaps simply by attaching the spring ball clip and are sufficiently secured against displacement.
