Dimensioning
Our structural engineers support you or your engineers in dimensioning solidian reinforcements. Our experts have more than twelve years experince in carbon reinforcements, carbon concrete and textile-reinforced concrete.
Building with non-metallic reinforcements is not entirely new: more than twenty years of basic research on textile or carbon concrete and pilot projects show the enormous potential of this innovative and sustainable construction method. However, in daily planning practice, e.g. in engineering offices, this promising building material has not yet become established. We want to help you get to know this building material better. Therefore, we have created an example for the design of a balcony slab with solidian GRID.
Furthermore we created a small tool to estimate the bending design resistance of a rectangular section. If you’re interested in please contact us. We will support you!
Laboratory
In our in-house laboratory we permanently determine all important parameters – from short-term tensile strength and temperature behaviour up to durability and and long-term behaviour of our products in concrete.
